We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Technician I/II/Sr in our Waynesburg, PA location. This role will safely operate, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and complete repairs on compressor units, pipelines, and associated appurtenances, and equipment.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
· Maintain a safe operating environment; follow all applicable policies and procedures
· Successfully complete assignments as directed and within established timeframes. Accurately document information as defined. Use computerized database to receive work orders, and record repairs and task completion details
· Operate, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs of pipelines and appurtenances, natural gas engines, electric motors, dehydration equipment, auxiliary equipment and gas compressors
· Monitor availability of compressor units. Record readings(pressures, temperatures, volumes, run hours, etc.) and record them as appropriate
· Perform basic operational tasks such as blowing drips, line locating, emptying tanks, refilling fluids and inspecting tanks and facilities,checking tank and equipment fluid levels
· Perform pipeline maintenance tasks such as leak surveys, leak repair, methanol injection, valve maintenance, pigging, and troubleshooting pipeline restriction and obstructions
· Participate in on-call rotation schedule
May perform other duties as directed by supervisor

· A high school diploma or GED. An associate degree in a technical discipline is preferred. A state electrical license or certification is also preferred
· At least one year of experience in a related field or industry for the Operations Technician I role. Our Ops Tech II role requires at least three years of related experience while our senior level position requires at least five years.
· Familiarity with: Federal Regulations Parts 192 & 195, gas engine and compression fundamentals, valve operations and fluid maintenance operations
· Basic computer skills
· Basic mechanical skills
· Working knowledge of basic equipment and resources: gas trac,combustible gas indicator, pipeline locator, topographical maps and schematics, P&ID's and blueprints
· Basic gas quality processing and conditioning skills
· Valid driver's license (CDL license may be required depending upon location)
· Ability to pass a physical capabilities test (which includes, but is not limited to, lifting and carrying 70 lbs., walking 1/2 mile at various inclines, etc.) necessary to demonstrate the physical ability to perform the essential functions of this job
· Successful completion of applicable Operator Qualification training
· Experience in taking leading roles in coordinating and completing major maintenance activities or projects is preferred
· At least one year of experience as a Compressor Roustabout is preferred
The anticipated salary range for the Operations Technician positions is $35.37/hr to $41.90/hr
