VP of Energy/Utilities

Perform routine tasks such as monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring data security.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain software applications and systems.
Provide technical support to end-users, including help desk assistance and resolving hardware or software issues.
Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and devices.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and data warehouses.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiairity with MPLS, DNS, React Express, AI, Linux, machine learning is a plus.
Excelent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
